There are tons of sites that have freebie lists (I started with HIF’s list), but my goal is to create a comprehensive list of restaurants in the north Texas area and keep it updated.  Plus, I periodically get asked for my list, so now I can point them here instead of passing out my much-loved spreadsheet, which is currently being updated.

TIP:  With most of these you get something just for signing up and not only for your birthday, so I suggest signing up throughout the year.  The freebies are usually only good for a couple of weeks, so it becomes too much to redeem both the sign-up gift and birthday gift if you only sign up in your birthday month. Also, some will offer anniversary gifts so again it’s nice to receive throughout the year instead of only in your birthday month.

TIP:  Some will allow to sign up family members at the same time, heck yeah!

TIP:  It may be worth to create a separate / junk email address for these freebies.  In order to get the freebies, you usually need to register your email and receive their emails throughout the year.
